We ship all our livestock via Fedex priority overnite. Zoa Collector understands the high shipping fees due to rising costs of gas so ZoaCollector offers free shipping on orders over $300. Shipping is a flat rate of $45 for one box(12x12x8). This box can hold up to 6-7 frags.
There is a $10 box and packing charge which includes the cost of all packing materials including heat packs or cold packs.
A 50% restocking fee will be charged to canceled order if live stock is held more than one week longer than scheduled shipping date.
Zoa Collector takes great care in packaging live animals for shipping. Fish and zoanthids are double packed in thick bags each with the appropriate amount of water and oxygen to sustain the animals for 48 hours. The shipment is then placed in a styro-foam box which is then placed within a cardboard box and sealed for transport.
Zoa Collector ships live animals for delivery every month of the year. Destination and transfer point temperatures are checked for each individual shipment and heat packs or cold packs are added when appropriate. In the unlikely event of a severe weather delay, Zoa Collector will contact customers to set up a new delivery date.
If you are located Central Standard time or Eastern Standard time shipping might take up to two days to arrive with Fedex Priority overnite due to time zone differences. To help speed up the shipping process send your local Fedex pickup location provided with phone number and state you want a hold for pickup and we'll send to that address so you can pick up the box yourself and save the box from sitting in the fedex truck all day.

A:We don't list frags that haven't been healed for at least a week or more.
Q:Can I buy by the polyp?
A: You can email us a request on a specific zoanthid or paly you are interested in and if it's available for a frag we will do so.
Q:Are your zoanthids/palys wild caught or propagated?
A:Our zoanthids/palys are found in the wild then cultivated in our facility.
Q:How come I haven't seen some of these zoanthids/palys on the market?
A:Because we discovered them here in Hawaii and you won't get them anywhere else.
