This species is collected only from the Great Barrier Reef, although has been reported from other areas. Scribbled Angels can do great when properly cared for. Provide plenty of swimming room, and at least several good hiding places. Once it has adjusted to aquarium life it can become quite boisterous, but generally makes a good community aquarium fish. Keep only one per tank.
