A rare and highly sought after species. Found in deep water with a limited distribution. The Helfrichi Firefish has a purple and white body. Its head is yellow with a purple line on top. Usually docile, but may become territorial and fight with conspecies. Provide plenty of live rock for shelter. Most individuals will find a specific hiding place which it will dart to at signs of trouble. Diet should include mysis and brine shrimp, as well as other small chopped frozen seafoods. Will usually accept high quality flake food.
